carpet cleaning -

each situation is very unique. Each one of you could require a different answer to this question; however, most carpeting manufacturers recommend a professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months.

fabric and fiber protection -

To complement Maple Leaf's cleaning , we offer Bridgepoint's Maxim Fiber and Fabric Protection. This application assures you of the best protection against resoiling and stains. Maxim Fiber Protection has two protective properties. The first is an acid dye blocker that is a clear dye that fills the extra dye sites in a fiber. This helps to keep "foreign" dyes (such as red dye in a beverage) from penetrating the carpet fiber. The second property is called a "fluorochemical". It is commonly known as 3M Scotchgard® or DuPont Teflon®. This treatment helps keep spillage from actually getting to the acid dye blocker, but its biggest job is to resist dry soil. By resisting dry soil, less soil bonds to the carpet, therefore, more soil is being picked up by your vacuum. Once it bonds to the carpet, it acts like sandpaper on your traffic area. Once the traffic area yarns are broken down, there is no way to bring them back to their original state. Bridgepoint's Maxim Fine Fabric Protector can be applied to just about any type of furniture fabric including delicate fabrics such as silk. We can protect new or just cleaned furniture. Bridgepoint's Maxim Fine Fabric Protector has a solvent-based carrying agent that will not water mark delicate fabrics. Once the product dries, it will leave a layer of protection that will help the homeowner maintain furniture with ease.

tile and grout cleaning -

Maple Leaf Carpet & Tile Cleaning performs high quality tile and grout cleaning and sealing (clear or color) services for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, counter tops, and more. In addition, we offer cleaning, sealing and restoration for marble, granite, travertine, limestone, ceramic, porcelain tile and other natural stone. Maple Leaf uses a safe and efficient cleaning process that restores your tile to its original beauty and preserves it with a protective sealant to prevent future staining. First, we apply a mild solution to a section of the floor and allow it to soak. This pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants. This prepares the grout for our sealing process. We then use a pressure washing system designed specifically for tile & grout surfaces. which extracts soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. There is virtually no splash over to worry about. The vacuum hose draws away the water, and along with the dirt. A rinse solution is umped through the machine during cleaning, sanitizing and balancing the pH of your floor at 7 (neutral).Color Sealing - After we clean your tile & grout, we seal the grout with our grout Color Sealer. The Color Sealer penetrates into the pores of the grout and bonds with the grout on a molecular level, creating a barrier against future staining. You can chose from a color chart, you can keep your existing color grout or change the color completely. Clear Sealing - We use a water-based, fluoropolymer penetrating sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection and excellent oil and water repellency. Our sealer can be used on marble, limestone, travertine, concrete/masonry, saltillo tile, clay tile stucco, granite, terrazzo, and grout with little or no change in appearance. Maintenance - We will provide instructions on how to take proper care of your floor, and show you what kind of cleaners will do the best job.

granite counter top sealing -

Of all the natural stone selected by homeowners today, Granite is by far the hardest and most durable material. It is no wonder that so many people choose it for use in the kitchen. Granite is a porous material which needs periodic protection to prevent staining. To determine if your counter-top needs sealant, thoroughly clean the surface and allow time for the counter-top to dry. Place a few drops of water in several locations & place a glass up-side down over the water drops. The water should "bead-up". Wait 15 minutes. If the water has absorbed into the surface, it is time to re-seal the surface. If the water remains in a "beaded-up" state, then sealant is not necessary. To ensure longevity of the surface it is recommended that a sealant is applied regularly. It necessary that the surface is properly cleaned prior to application. Maple Leaf has the proper cleaning equipment & sealing products to ensure long life of the surface and cleanliness.
